The RFP may not be released yet — but preparation starts now. The goal of this training is to help providers strengthen their projects before the competition begins. The most competitive applications are not written in a rush after the NOFO releases. They are built months in advance through strong performance, data, clear demonstration of need, and alignment with federal and local priorities. 

Audience: organizations new to the CoC Program, current CoC-funded projects, agencies considering applying in the future, community partners interested in learning more.
