Tuesday, December 9, 2025 @ 12:00 PM/Noon – **Submittal Deadline for all Project Applications (renewal and new) to the CoC**
All Project proposals must be submitted as instructed in the RFP instructions by the submission deadline.

FY 2025 HUD CoC Competition – CoC Consolidated Application:
The Collaborative Applicant must provide information about the CoC planning body, governance structure, overall performance, and the strategic planning process. The Consolidated Application is scored and will determine the order in which CoCs are funded.
FY 2025 – Notice of Final Project Scores and Inclusion/Exclusion to Project Applicants:
The FY 2025 HUD-CoC Program Competition NOFO states that all project applicants must be notified no later than 15 days before the FY 2025 application deadline (January 14, 2026) of whether their project application(s) “will be accepted and ranked on the CoC Priority Listing, rejected or reduced.”
The BHC, as the lead agency and collaborative applicant for the Brevard County CoC, will post the FY 2025 Notice of Inclusion/Exclusion by 4:00 PM on Friday, December 19, 2025.
FY2025 HUD CoC Program Competition – CoC Consolidated Application Posting Notice:
The Brevard Homeless Coalition (BHC) will post the final version of the FY 2025 CoC Consolidated Application, including all attachments and Priority Listings, on Monday, January 12, 2026 by 8:00pm and will submit to HUD on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 by 8:00pm. This posting fulfills the HUD requirement to post the final version at least 2 days before the FY 2025 CoC Program submission deadline of January 14, 2026.
